Simply fill out the form below to return your system for repair and we'll take care of it for you. Once submitted, one of our team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Utopia RMA Process:

1. Once your return has been received, it may take up to three business days to be processed, unpacked and scanned into our system. After this process, we'll contact you once progress has been made with your system.

2. After repairs are completed, one of our experts will be in touch to notify you, and to take payment for shipping (£25 inc. VAT each way), where applicable.

3. Once payments have been received, your system will be processed, packaged and returned to you, which can take up to two business days.

Please note: Software related faults will be chargeable. Labour costs are only covered when the fault is hardware related.

We strongly recommend returning your system in its original packaging.
If you no longer have this, you must use an appropriately sized, robust cardboard box with plenty of internal packaging that will thoroughly protect your system during transit. Utopia are not responsible for any damage caused due to inadequate packing.
Laptop chargers SHOULD be packed with customer's laptop.
Desktop power cables should NOT be included in box - Do not ship mains lead as it can cause damage during transit moving around box / metal pins digging into chassis.
All USB or I/O devices must be removed from the system prior to shipping.
